Hanitizer

Why take the time to say two separate words when you could shorten it to just one? "Hand" + "sanitizer" = way too difficult. Derrick has renamed it, simply, "hanitizer." Hey, call it what you want--I just care that you use it. Swine flu is nobody's friend.

I am a total fan of meshing words. Fantabulous. One of my fave words all time. I try all the time to make up new ones but so many of my students lack the imagination to appreciate my creativity. Plus spell check right now which is failing to acknowledge my awesomtastic word.

Nick would approve. He's always saying that "language is descriptive, not prescriptive" and other such intellectual drivel...
