Love this site...I hopped over from Old Tweener....

Love this site! I'll be back!

I had to share: when I was an infant in the bathtub, I used to chew on Ivory soap. My mom, an RN, figured it was 99.9% pure (or whatever the advertised), and so she let me.

To this day, I have a thing about soap. I just want to bite it. Particularly Ivory AND Irish Spring (original).

It tastes salty, BTW. But not unpleasant.Alyson -- Common Sense, Dancinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16285993734570051813noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6677432756675439674.post-38226998297264153402010-07-15T23:22:25.081-07:002010-07-15T23:22:25.081-07:00I am hiding the cherry coughdrops from my great ni...I am hiding the cherry coughdrops from my great niece and nephew and trying to explain that they seem like candy but that they are not.

Gummy Bear soap..... eeeew.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09610022611668329259noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6677432756675439674.post-60457077679383973272010-07-15T08:39:37.524-07:002010-07-15T08:39:37.524-07:00So apparently it's not just kids one needs to ...So apparently it's not just kids one needs to worry about with soap that looks or smells like candy!

I did end up giving them the soap...so it might come in handy if one of the kids says a bad word--love that idea ;)Sarah Garbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17458163748426473662noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6677432756675439674.post-63883368960957495992010-07-13T07:08:16.428-07:002010-07-13T07:08:16.428-07:00That's a great story about the cherry medicine...That's a great story about the cherry medicine! Soap that looks like candy is just a horrible idea, for so many reasons... especially if you have kids. Although, the whole "washing your mouth out with soap" ideal just got a new meaning ;)Laurahttp://factorydirectplaygrounds.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6677432756675439674.post-14673065823005993872010-07-11T21:34:05.300-07:002010-07-11T21:34:05.300-07:00Now everyone knows your achilles heels. watch out,...Now everyone knows your achilles heels. watch out, the free homework passes in exchange for gummy things shaped like objects in real life are about to fly!justjanehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15998955560025030231noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6677432756675439674.post-69688904861269962242010-07-11T21:33:15.986-07:002010-07-11T21:33:15.986-07:00I love it! They all look so tempting, I would be hungry for candy after washing my hands, too.

I was at a street fair recently where a booth had these round, scented salts in jars, all with awesome sounding "flavors". Hubby handed me one and I thought it was a candy....let's just say, that didn't end well...ugh.Sherrihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13980063502482258767noreply@blogger.com
